Baccarat has one of the lowest house edges of any live casino game in the world — and AP999 brings the full live Baccarat experience to Pakistani players with professional dealers, HD multi-camera streams, complete road map tracking and bets starting from Rs 200. Whether you are approaching Baccarat for the first time or have years of experience reading squeeze results, AP999's tables deliver everything you need.
Select a bet, then deal to see the result
Baccarat looks like a complex game but is actually one of the simplest live casino games available on AP999. Here is everything you need to understand before sitting at a table.
Before any cards are dealt, you choose which outcome to bet on. Player and Banker are the main bets. Tie is available for a higher payout but carries a significantly larger house edge. Side bets — Pair bets on either hand — are also available on most AP999 Baccarat tables.
The live dealer on AP999 deals two cards face-up to both the Player and Banker positions. Cards 2–9 count at face value. Aces count as 1. 10s, Jacks, Queens and Kings all count as 0. If a total exceeds 9, only the last digit counts — so 7 + 8 = 15, which counts as 5.
Based on fixed drawing rules — the same in every Baccarat game worldwide — a third card may be drawn for either hand. You do not make this decision; the dealer follows a strict rule table. AP999's interface shows the drawing decision clearly so you always understand what is happening.
The hand closest to a total of 9 wins. If you bet on the winning side on AP999, your payout is applied to your wallet immediately. If the two totals are identical, a Tie is declared. A new round begins within seconds — Baccarat on AP999 keeps a brisk, satisfying pace.
Understanding the payout structure is essential to making smart bet decisions on AP999's Baccarat tables. The Banker bet offers the best long-run value of any live casino bet in AP999's entire game library.

AP999 does not restrict you to a single Baccarat format. The live Baccarat lobby offers multiple variants to suit different preferences — from the classic multi-camera experience to high-speed rounds and high-stakes VIP rooms.
The standard AP999 Baccarat experience — professional dealer, multi-angle HD stream, complete road map tracking (Bead Road, Big Road, Big Eye Boy, Small Road, Cockroach Road), squeeze dealing and a comfortable pace suited to all players.
All PlayersRounds complete in under 30 seconds — cards are dealt faster and the betting window is compressed. AP999's Speed Baccarat is designed for players who want a higher number of rounds per session without sacrificing the live dealer element or road map tracking.
Fast RoundsThe 5% commission on Banker wins is removed in this variant — Banker bets pay full 1:1 rather than 0.95:1. The trade-off is that a Banker win on exactly 6 points pays only 0.5:1. For some betting patterns on AP999 this variant offers marginally better expected value.
Commission-FreeDedicated high-stakes tables for AP999 Gold and Diamond VIP members. Higher bet ceilings, private table access, fewer competing bettors per table, attentive dealer interaction and a more exclusive atmosphere. Available after reaching VIP tier on AP999.
VIP ExclusiveThere is a reason Baccarat dominates live casino revenue across Asia — and why AP999 has made it one of the centrepiece games of its live casino section. No other table game combines the simplicity of a binary bet decision with a house edge as low as 1.06% on the Banker bet. For players who care about maximising the value of every rupee they put at risk, Baccarat's mathematics are simply superior to almost every other option available on AP999 or any other live casino platform.
Compare it to the games around it: European Roulette carries a 2.7% house edge on even-money bets. Dragon Tiger runs at around 3.7%. Teen Patti sits somewhere between 2.3% and 3.5% depending on the variant. Baccarat's Banker bet at 1.06% is in a different league. This is not a marginal difference — over hundreds of rounds, a lower house edge meaningfully increases how long your session budget lasts and how much of the theoretical RTP you actually receive.
The single most important piece of Baccarat knowledge for any AP999 player is this: the Banker bet wins slightly more often than the Player bet because of the drawing rules — Banker wins approximately 45.8% of all resolved rounds, Player wins approximately 44.6%, and Ties account for around 9.6%. The 5% commission on Banker wins is the casino's way of compensating for this natural advantage.
After paying the commission, the Banker bet still produces a lower house edge than the Player bet. So on a purely mathematical basis, the Banker bet should be your default choice on AP999's Baccarat tables. This does not mean the Banker wins every hand — it means that over a large number of hands, Banker bettors retain slightly more of their starting balance than Player bettors. In a game where variance is inherently high, taking every available mathematical edge matters.
Every Baccarat table on AP999 displays a set of road maps — visual tracking tools that record the results of every hand in the current shoe. New players often find these confusing at first, but they are genuinely useful once you understand what each map shows. The road maps do not give you a predictive edge over the house — Baccarat outcomes are random — but they are the industry standard for experienced players to track patterns and make informed bet decisions round by round.
The Bead Road is the simplest — a grid where each result is recorded as a coloured circle: blue (or dark) for Banker wins, red (or light) for Player wins and green for Ties. Reading across the Bead Road gives you the quickest summary of how the current shoe has been running on AP999.
The Big Road is the most important road map on AP999's tables. Results are grouped into columns — when the same side wins consecutively, the column grows downward. A change of winner starts a new column. Long columns indicate "streaks" which many experienced players use as a signal to continue betting with the current side. New columns prompt players to switch their bet side. There is no mathematical certainty behind these patterns — but understanding them lets you participate in the social and strategic texture of Baccarat that makes the game genuinely engaging rather than just a coin flip.
The three derived roads — Big Eye Boy, Small Road and Cockroach Road — track repetition patterns within the Big Road. Each uses a different offset to identify whether the current shoe is behaving in a "orderly" (regular alternating pattern) or "choppy" (chaotic, no pattern) way. Experienced AP999 Baccarat players use these derived roads to make quick judgements about whether a shoe has a current rhythm that can be ridden for a few more rounds.
A Tie pays 8:1 on AP999's standard tables — and it looks tempting, especially when you have watched several rounds produce similar totals on both sides. But a Tie carries a 14.36% house edge. To put that in context: it is approximately 13.5 times worse than the Banker bet. A Tie bet is an occasional flutter that might produce a satisfying 8x payout — it is not a viable regular betting strategy on AP999 and should be treated accordingly.
Pair bets carry similar logic. At 11:1 payout with a 10.36% house edge, they are far more expensive to bet on than the main hands. Use them sparingly as supplementary bets when you have a specific reason to — never as a replacement for the core Banker or Player bet on AP999's Baccarat tables.
Banker hand total is closer to 9 and wins the round. Appears as a dark/blue circle on AP999's Bead Road.
Player hand total is closer to 9 and wins. Shown as a light/white circle on AP999's Bead Road tracking display.
Both hands have equal totals. No push — Player and Banker bets are returned unchanged on AP999 for Tie results.
In the Big Road, consecutive wins by the same side stack downward. A tall column signals a running streak on AP999's current shoe.
Each time the winning side changes, a new column begins in the Big Road. This is the moment most experienced AP999 players consider switching their bet.
The 1.06% edge makes Banker the most efficient bet in AP999's live casino. Make it your default and switch to Player only when road maps or intuition gives you a specific reason.
The 8:1 payout looks attractive but the 14.36% edge means Tie bets drain your AP999 balance faster than almost any other bet in the live casino. Reserve it for very occasional use only.
Before worrying about derived roads, master the Big Road on AP999's tables — it shows streaks and changes clearly enough to guide most basic betting decisions.
Baccarat's even-money payout structure can create long losing streaks even on the best bet. Set a hard stop-loss limit per session on AP999 and honour it without exception.
