AP999 Terms and Conditions — What You Need to Know Before Playing

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below whenever they appear.

• "AP999" / "We" / "Us" / "The Platform" — refers to ap999.online and all services, games, betting markets and features operated under that domain.
• "Member" / "You" / "Player" — any individual who has registered an account on AP999 and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• "Account" — the personal AP999 account created upon successful registration, through which the member accesses all platform features.
• "Wallet" — the PKR balance held within a member's AP999 account, used to place bets and receive winnings.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, cashback or reward offered by AP999 subject to specific terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal from an AP999 wallet.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the sole operating currency on AP999 for all transactions and displayed balances.
• "In-Play Betting" — the placement of bets on live, ongoing cricket matches or other sporting events available on AP999 after the event has commenced.
• "Live Casino" — the section of AP999 hosting real dealer games including Baccarat, Andar Bahar and related variants streamed from a live studio environment.

To open and maintain an AP999 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. AP999 does not permit any person under 18 to register, deposit or place any bet.

• Only one AP999 account is permitted per person, per household and per device.
• Providing false information during registration — including a false date of birth — is grounds for immediate account closure without refund of any balance.
• If you suspect your AP999 account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact AP999 support immediately via live chat.
• AP999 may require additional verification at any time including government-issued photo ID, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account usernames, once set, cannot be changed. Contact AP999 support if there is an error in your registered details.

AP999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only, through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa card and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount on AP999 is Rs 500.

All deposits are credited to your AP999 wallet following successful confirmation from the payment provider. AP999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used must belong to and be registered in the name of the AP999 account holder.

• Deposits are for use on AP999 only and cannot be transferred to other accounts.
• AP999 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• In the event of a failed deposit where funds have left your payment method but not credited to your AP999 wallet, contact AP999 support with your transaction reference number.
• AP999 reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits that appear suspicious or cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• Deposit limits can be self-imposed by members at any time through account settings as part of AP999's responsible gaming tools.

AP999 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawals are only available to verified account holders. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

Verified withdrawals — where the account holder has passed identity verification — are typically processed by AP999 within minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within one business day for bank transfers. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or in the event that additional verification is required.

• Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility. See Section 6 for full details.
• AP999 may request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, in particular for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above Rs 50,000.
• Withdrawals to a different account or payment method than the one used for deposit require AP999 support approval and may require additional verification.
• AP999 does not charge withdrawal fees. Fees charged by your payment provider are your own responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests can be cancelled by the member before processing begins. Once a withdrawal is marked as processed by AP999, it cannot be reversed.

AP999 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds and time limits — which are published alongside the offer on AP999. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all promotions in addition to those specific terms.

• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds in your AP999 wallet. Real money is wagered first; bonus funds are wagered once real money balance is depleted, unless otherwise specified.
• The standard wagering requirement on AP999 welcome bonuses is clearly stated at the time of the offer and must be completed within the stated time window.
• Not all games on AP999 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino game contributions may differ from cricket betting contributions — check the specific promotion page.

All bets placed on AP999 are subject to the following general betting rules, as well as any game-specific or event-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform.

• A bet becomes binding on AP999 once it has been accepted and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets cannot be cancelled after acceptance except where AP999 explicitly offers a cash-out option.
• AP999 sets maximum bet limits on all markets. These limits vary by event, market type and the member's account tier. Attempting to circumvent bet limits through multiple accounts will result in suspension.
• In the event of a technical failure or data error during a live game or cricket match, AP999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to member wallets.
• Odds on AP999 are subject to change at any time before a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet.
• Cricket bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body — ICC, PCB or equivalent. AP999's settlement decisions are final.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical cards dealt at a real table on camera. AP999 does not alter or influence game outcomes. Results visible on stream are final.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by game and market on AP999. Cricket betting starts from Rs 100; Live Casino Baccarat starts from Rs 200 per hand.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on AP999. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and may be reported to relevant authorities.

1. Registering more than one AP999 account, or registering an account using false, borrowed or synthetic personal information.
2. Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with AP999's systems in any way.
3. Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, system vulnerabilities or any other technical fault to gain an unfair advantage on AP999.
4. Colluding with other players in multiplayer game formats — including chip dumping in poker variants or coordinated in-play betting to manipulate market odds.
5. Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid verification requirements, or depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
6. Threatening, abusing or harassing AP999 staff or other members through any communication channel.
7. Attempting to reverse a legitimate credit card charge, Easypaisa dispute or JazzCash refund for bets that were validly placed and settled on AP999.
8. Sharing AP999 account credentials with third parties, or accessing another member's AP999 account without authorisation.

AP999 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be a form of entertainment and that every member has the right to tools that keep it that way. If at any point gaming stops being enjoyable and starts feeling like a problem, AP999 has tools and support available immediately.

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits directly from your AP999 account settings. Limits take effect immediately. Limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: AP999 can notify you after a set session duration — configurable from your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss per session or per week. AP999 stops accepting bets once the limit is reached for the defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: You can request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from AP999 at any time by contacting support. Exclusions are applied immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 30 days for temporary exclusions.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications during gaming sessions showing time played and net balance change are available on AP999.

Either the member or AP999 may close an AP999 account. The process and implications differ depending on who initiates the closure.

Member-initiated closure: You may close your AP999 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method following completion of any pending verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

AP999-initiated closure: AP999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice. In cases of fraud, money laundering suspicion or serious breach of terms, the entire balance — including real-money funds — may be frozen pending investigation. AP999 will cooperate with Pakistani law enforcement authorities if required.

AP999 is provided on an "as is" basis. While every effort is made to ensure the platform is available continuously and error-free, AP999 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, data transmission errors or events outside AP999's reasonable control.

• AP999 is not responsible for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from a member's decision to place bets on the platform.
• AP999 is not liable for internet connection failures on the member's side that result in a bet being missed, placed incorrectly or not confirmed.
• AP999's maximum liability to any individual member in respect of any technical or platform fault is limited to the amount of the affected bet stake.
• AP999 does not guarantee that any betting strategy, system or information provided on the platform will result in profit.

AP999 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at ap999.online/privacy-policy. By registering on AP999, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected by AP999 is used for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support and regulatory compliance.
